Das Ruhrgebiet

The Ruhrgebiet is the region in which Dortmund lies. In former times, there were a lot of coal and steel Fabrics. Nowdays most of them don't produce anything anymore but they are musseums. All together form now the famous Industriekultur Route, which is a route full of these interesting old buildings.
